PRICING AND TERMS OF PAYMENT:

1.     Pricing on all items are at suggested list.  List prices are subject to a discount multiplier.

2.     Payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise indicated. First orders must be   

        prepaid by certified funds or other arrangements prior to shipping.

3.     Accounts that remain past due for 30 days may be charged a 1 ½ % finance charge per month. Product

        remains the property of Micanan Systems until paid in full. Accounts that remain past due may be

        placed on collection. Any and all fees associated with the collection process will be added to the invoice

        and paid by the buyer.

4.    Claims for adjustment of invoices must be made within 30 days of  clients receipt of invoice. If claim 

        adjustment is not requested, invoices / sales of goods remain subject to the terms and conditions

        of this agreement.
